“Ristorante Piccolo”

Original watercolor

Description

Last October I spent several days in Georgetown, welcoming fall and sketching. Some of my watercolors I matted as they were, while others needed finishing touches in my studio.

I used my favorite watercolor brand from St. Petersburg, Белые Ночи. The name translates to “White Nights,” the summer months when the sun doesn’t set until well past midnight.
This world famous brand of artist quality watercolor paints has been produced in Russia by the St. Petersburg company since 1934.
